Matthew Guy "Matt" Yonker (born August 1975) is the current drummer of Less Than Jake. Originally from New Jersey and moving to Nashville, TN in 1996, Matt was originally a drummer for Teen Idols, who signed with the label Fat Wreck Chords. This led to them touring, headlining and supporting bands like NOFX, Less Than Jake, Swingin Utters, Tilt, Mr T Experience, etc. This experience led to Matt joining Less Than Jake as a drum technician during Warped Tour and later joining as a drummer for The Queers. In 2008, Matt rejoined as drum tech and, in his own words, "eventually led me up the ladder in LTJ land. I moved from Stage Manager to Tour Manager, from TM to TM / FOH sound, from TM/FOH to CO MGMT / TM / FOH". In September 2018, Vinnie Fiorello decided to step down as drummer, which led to the band to decide to have Matt join as a full-on member.
